Update Details
1. ZENAIM KEYBOARD
Applicable Models:
ZENAIM KEYBOARD TKL (JIS/US), ZENAIM KEYBOARD2 TKL (JIS/US), ZENAIM KEYBOARD2 mini (JIS/US)
Key Assignment Function
- Fn key can now be assigned to other keys
- Shortcuts and macros can now be assigned to any key (up to 16 keys)
- Added assignable keys: F13–F19 and Numpad keys

Disable Specific Keys
- Fn key can now be selected as a key to disable
- (Applicable to ZENAIM KEYBOARD2 mini JIS/US)
2. ZENAIM ARCADE CONTROLLER BUTTON MODULE KIT
Connection Method Update
- The device will now be recognized in ZENAIM SOFTWARE simply by connecting the USB cable
- The previous method—holding HOME + START while connecting USB—has been removed
SOCD Cleaner Specification Adjustment
- Previously, only RIGHT/LEFT/UP/DOWN movement buttons were affected by the SOCD cleaner
- Updated so that any movement buttons assigned via the key assignment function will also be included
Firmware Update Procedure
(Target: ZENAIM ARCADE CONTROLLER BUTTON MODULE KIT)
- Launch ZENAIM SOFTWARE, then connect the controller via USB while holding both the HOME and START buttons.
- After connecting, release the HOME and START buttons. The device will be recognized and the firmware update screen will appear.
- Click “Update” to begin the firmware update.
・Do not disconnect the USB cable until the update is complete. - If you selected “Later,” you can proceed with the update from “Device Settings.”
Starting from Firmware Ver. 1.3.0, it is no longer necessary to hold HOME + START when connecting via USB.
Simply connecting the USB cable will allow seamless switching between ZENAIM SOFTWARE and games.
